Second time my glasses have broken... I've paid the fee to have them repaired and obviously they just glued the side piece back to the frame how the fell apart the second time... my vision is not correct or even astigmatism lens.

Terrible Customer service. I bought a expensive frame and lenses. They broke within 2 months. I have several pairs, so the glasses I purchased were hardly worn. I called and was told that I had a warranty and it would pay for some of the cost and I would be responsible for any other charges that were not covered. The employee ( and I use the term very loosely) began to ask me questions, and implied that It was something I did.

First visit, sales rep and optical assistant, very nice. Selection for the 2 for 59 is less than poor, and the quality of those very few choices is worse. Received a call glasses were ready. Get there for pickup, only one pair was ready. I was told that never are both pair ready at the same time. The virtual exam is not accurate, I can't see clear out of the prescription that I received. I mentioned this when I tried them on and the sales person made me feel as if I was bothering her. So I left before I said some not so nice things. I will be returning them.

Bad Customer Service

Staton optical in Stockton , CA on Pacific Ave is the worst. I spoke to a lady named Addie after being transferred around twice. She was rude and would not let me talk. I called in because my contacts were ordered and i wanted to cancel them because they said it would be 3-5 business days it was 5 business days yesterday and when trying to ask her then why say 3-5 business day she proceeded to interrupt me When I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor then I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager of the building. She kept interrupting me when talking would not even let me speak and stated to me, " Are you going to let me get a word in?" after I let her speak. Then I asked for a district manager she then said to me they dont give out the number its the weekend and they are not working. I told her I knew that and that I would call on Monday she refused and hung up on me. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER! My advice to anyone who choses to come here, DON'T waste your money go some where where you are treated kindly

Eye exam performed virtually and was very wrong with prescription. Big waste of time and money. NEVER EVER GO THERE. Pricing is wrong also you never walk out at 59.99 ever. LET THEM BE honest with customers

Mr. Daniel Stanton I am sending this to you in reference to the service that I received at your location in Beaumont, Tx recently. On July 30, 2020, I went in and had a visit with Dr. David Mei and I received a prescription for glasses. The eyewear in the store was very limited. I went and looked at other places but many were still closed due to COVID19. I finally found 2 pairs and I ordered them online and then went to the local place to get my glasses made. Stanton Optical was about a 40-minute drive from my house and this was better. It took a while to get my glasses made due to COVID19 and Hurricane Laura. Finally, I received my glasses and I tried to wear them. When I tried to look at my phone with my glasses it was oddly shaped. I went back to the place that made my glasses and they checked both pairs against the prescription. They even remade the glasses in hopes of correcting the problem. When I picked them up, I had the same issue. I went back to the Beaumont, TX store and talked with the manager Gary. He was not professional at all and he outright refused to help me. At one point in the interaction he walked away and went helped another customer. He came back and was extremely rude. He told me that I could get an exam again, but he would not replace my lens. He agreed that my glasses were not correct because of an error with Dr. Mei. I am requesting that Stanton Optical reimburse me because of the error. I looked at the FAQs and customer service points on the web page and it did not indicate that the customer is responsible because of an error of an employee of Stanton Optical. Please contact me within 5 business days to resolve this issue. ..

Horrible service

I went to one of your stores never again horrible customer service they make you wait no one address you not even hello or please wait someone will be with youSad I purchased my own frame got my eyes tested on the 28th of September was told 7days my glasses would be ready went in glad still not ready called over the phone before going back got 3 different person with 3 different dates finally i was told to come in Monday I called first I was on hold on 2 different phones 35 minutes one and 43min on the other drove down the whole the time on both phones were running still no answer today is 10-13-2020 still no glasses the young lady that was there had no clue where my glasses this is truly unfair an unprofessional I paid cash for my service I got back trash service

I received my glasses, 6-4-20. I wore one pair first. With-in 1 week I went back four times to get the frames adjusted to my face. Store ordered another frame and again, I have not been able to get the attendants to make the correct adjustments. Company ordered a new set, And I have not received a call to say my new glasses are in. I called today 10-15 at 5:20 and no one picked up my call. I tried all the way up to closing hours. Which is 6:00pm no one answered. I will try again tomorrow. Please help!!

I want to know why i have not received my refund. I paid with cash and now i am being told it is internal policy that refunds are by check only. This is not posted anywhere on my receipts or anywhere in the store. Your company has forced me to seek legal actions in which Stanton Optical will be required to pay my Attorney fees for legal representation as well as what i paid for this service and now i will be adding up daily for my time that Stanton Optical has my money.

The protective coating I paid for when I purchased the glasses has been coming off ever since I got the glasses. I've been to the store several times and got the runaround when I complained and now I can't see through them ! The idiot manager at the store today (8/25) said they were just badly scratched up and that my prescription was expired, now I have to wear my prescription sunglasses and that doesn't work to well indoors !! All I want is some decent customer service ! I haven't had any since my purchase to be rectified and the warranty honored !! Fix the problem and replace my glasses !! Dont deal with them! Cheap glasses and the customer service is terrible! Im trying now for a month to get them to fax or email my script and they just wont do it! They say they will but as long as its taking Im thinking they have to build a computer learn to use it before they can just point and click send. I gave consent and everything! Do you guys even care about your reputation? You damn sure dont care about customers. Sad and your customer service manager should be fired both at corporate office and you Arden locations in Sacramento. What else do I have to do? I need my prescription!
