Stanton Optical - Fraud Eye Exam Wrong Prescription No Refund
On February 13, 2019 I paid $59 for an "eye exam" at Stanton Optical in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After they took my money I was "examined" by someone on a screen.
The lense prescription given to me was ridiculously wrong. A fter the lense and frames seller associated with the "service" took a payment of $137 from me they made lenses I could not see out of. They refused to refund my money, saying that its not their policy to give refunds, and that I would need to see their "in-house" doctor to determine what is wrong with my eyes. What is wrong is that I can't see out of their lenses, but I can see out of my own old lenses.
I told them I do not trust their eye exam, I do not want to waste my time with them and I want my money back.
I did not take the eyeglasses they made for me. I ended up walking out and calling my bank to file a claim to have my payments denied that I made to Stanton Optical and their fraud eye examiner.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $196.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Stanton Optical Cons: Fraud eye examination, Wrong prescription, Refund denied for bad useless service and products.
