On 5/28/2018 myself my husband , and A friend went for A appointment that I called we didn't have insurance , but according to the commercial the exam is free and buy one pair get one , he said it would most likely run us about 500.00 for us after waiting 21/2 hours and 866.80 for us , and my friend over 400.00 that is just the beginning we was told from the woman that waited on us Julie Photo ray wood run 99.00 , so being on A fixed income I only got one of mine done , but my husband eyes are worse so we did both the same with my friend she got one.Not even close to what we paid and then when we came in to get them mine were fine , but only one of my husband, after 4 times they finally got his wright ,And only one of my friends was good she had two,when she went back which was today they brought out two lenses, she has A business time is of essence she waited for A while, she finally told them to keep them and give A refund , They said all they could do is 100.00 that is embarrassing , I called and talked to Dakota he ordered the frames and will set the lenses and overnight them , if they are still not right give her more of A refund not A good way to conduct A business! I I know we will not be confiscated for our loss , but we will not be back , and the better business bureau will hear from me!
