If I could give zero stars I would. When you make an eye DOCTOR appt you expect to see you do not.

One of the ladies working there ushers you into a room where there’s a person on a TV screen who is obviously in a call center where you can hear them and everyone else getting their eyes checked. When I asked the girl “what happens if I have questions” she responded to me that well we can try and give you an answer. TRY? Not a single person in there is qualified to answer specific eye questions.

And to top it off they billed my insurance $95 and not the $59 that they have posted.

Word to the wise don’t go there unless you don’t care to see a dr. On the other hand the people on the eyeglass side are very nice and helpful.
