I visited the eyelab store located 790 Skymark Drive#107 in Jacksonville, Fl, the customer service representative name Leah, was very rude and disrespectiful, I will never visit that store again, and I will never refer anyone to this store.

No help | Stanton Optical in Asheville City, North Carolina

Was there for over a hour with no assistance. When we found what we wanted. I went up to the counter where the lady was trying to hide that she was on her phone. I had to say excuse me twice to get her attention. When I did she told me to have a seat then she walked off to the back of the store. My guess she had to finish whatever she was doing on her phone. I am a disabled veteran. I went there to purchase glasses. I will never go back there!

I went in no one in front. . A lady that worked there was on her cell phone and I apparently interrupted her. . I was in a good mood when I went in. I had my reciepts. I had spent. 1200 dollars on 3 pairs. Didnt think i was going to be treated as i had spent $ 12 dollars. . she didnt even attempt to ask what had happened or see if any were in stock. . she proceeded to tell me. It would be 3 or 4 weeks before the frames to be mailed. She was very r *** ude about it . I left i still have broken frames. Angry Dead Angry

No phone calls returned. 3 trips to pick up glasses waiting long periods of time each trip, still don’t have them. I wish I hadn’t prepaid I would give up. I will never use Stanton again. I’ve purchaed my glasses from Stanton for several years. Never again.

I agree very unprofisional very rude very ignorant I went to get my eyes checked for contact lenses and i asked for my prescription so i can order online they refused even went so far as to make fun of me laughing with other co workers I was so angry but there were children in there or I would have let them have a piece of my mind they even tried to sell me glasses while they were laughing at me crazy I left very upset feeling sad and down this was in fresno ca on shaw and Herndon don't go there if I were u they are a joke

Was it written by the subject company , i.e. did you get your eye test there ? If so, did you pay for it ? Sometimes a "free exam" offer only applies if you buy their product.

I don't see the humor in any of it or cause for laughter and I don't like the way you use the word "joke" to describe an unsatisfactory incident. You're doing the same thing you griped about.
